With beginnings as a Home-Based business, perfecting dessert recipes for family members with gluten intolerances, it has now flourished into our storefront bakery in the Beltline District.
Our Gluten-free Cake, using rice flour, has a delightfully light and fluffy texture, with subtle sweetness. It’s infused with various aromatic fresh fruit, tea, and herbal flavors, and iced with freshly whipped cream.
Our delicious Honey Breads are light, soft, and chewy, topped with wholesome roasted nuts and seeds. Definitely a must-try with a cup of coffee or tea. Gluten-free cakes have never tasted so good, and we are certain you will agree!
